Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan
This class is available to members at the Academy, we also accept new students 18 years and older.
Instruction available Wednesday evenings.
Tai Chi Chuan is similar to classical yoga, slow and continuous movement of arms, legs and torso using pin point control. The breath is used together with the movement of the body, also using the mind to move and project energy. This art will refine movement in what ever art you have studied.
